Yes, Cash on Delivery is available only within Dhaka city.
For orders from Dhaka sub-areas (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Keraniganj) and outside Dhaka, customers must prepay the delivery charge as a security deposit. This advance is non-refundable in case of cancellation or return.
Our delivery charges vary based on your location:
Inside Dhaka City: ৳70
Dhaka Sub-Areas: ৳120
(Includes Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Keraniganj)Outside Dhaka: ৳150
Delivery charge for sub-areas and outside Dhaka must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.

In case of stock issues, courier delays, or unexpected events, the delivery timeline may extend to a maximum of 15 days. Customers will be informed accordingly if any such delay occurs.

Yes, we offer return and exchange options under specific conditions:
✅ Return/exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
✅ Valid reasons include:
Receiving a damaged, defective, or wrong item
Size or fitting issues
Product lost during delivery
System error (wrong pricing or duplicate order)
The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact. Items that are damaged by the customer or missing tags may not be accepted.
To return or exchange an item:

Send a message via Facebook/Instagram within 72 hours of receiving the item.
If needed, send the item back to our warehouse through courier (address will be provided).
For Dhaka returns, hand over the item directly to the delivery person and pay the return shipping charge.
For outside Dhaka, customers must bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:
If the product is out of stock after you placed the order
If there's a technical issue and your order cannot be fulfilled
If your order is lost in transit and cannot be traced
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or bKash/Nagad, based on your preference.
Items bought under discounts, offers, or flash sales are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are proven to be damaged or defective.

Lighting variations during photography

Such minor inconsistencies are normal and do not qualify for return/exchange.
