🔹 2. Pricing Policy

  • All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • In case of any technical error or incorrect pricing displayed, Blue Identic reserves the right to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

🔹 3. Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time.

📦 Delivery Timeframe:

  • Inside Dhaka City: Within 3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka City: Within 5 working days
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., stock issues or courier delays), delivery may take up to 15 days, and customers will be notified accordingly.

🚚 Delivery Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka City: ৳70
  • Dhaka Sub-Areas (Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Keraniganj): ৳120
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳150

💳 Advance Payment (Security Money):

  • For orders from Dhaka Sub-Areas and outside Dhaka, customers must pay the delivery charge in advance, which is non-refundable after dispatch.

  • Deliveries are carried out by third-party courier services. While we try our best to ensure smooth delivery, the shipping process is beyond our direct control. We apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to resolving issues promptly.

🔹 4. Return & Exchange Policy

At Blue Identic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange:

  1. Product is damaged, defective, or has sizing/fitting issues
  2. Incorrect product delivered
  3. Product lost during shipping
  4. Technical errors during order placement or pricing

📝 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product via:

  • If unable to reach us online, you may return the product to our warehouse address (to be provided on request).

📌 Return/Exchange Conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags.
  2. Products that are opened, used, or without receipts may be rejected for exchange/return.
  3. The exchange value must be equal to or greater than the original invoice.
  4. For returns inside Dhaka, customers must hand over the item to the delivery person and pay the delivery charge.
  5. For returns outside Dhaka, the advance shipping fee is non-refundable.
  6. Shipping charges for return/exchange will be borne by the customer.
  7. Discounted or promotional items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable, unless damaged or defective.
